Our founding team spent years navigating European power and gas markets—trading, optimizing, and operating alongside producers, suppliers, traders, and TSOs. One truth emerged from this experience: legacy systems can’t handle today’s energy reality. Renewable integration, intraday volatility, and regulatory evolution have fundamentally reshaped how energy flows and how markets operate. Yet most participants remain constrained by rigid, siloed platforms built for a different era.

The industry needs technology that moves at market speed—systems that are simple, flexible, scalable, and open by design. This isn’t optional architecture; it’s the foundation for confident, agile operations in modern energy markets.

We founded Xtra-energy to build exactly that: the platform market participants need to move forward.
